Sonia is on holiday with her parents in Paris and meets a French boy, Philippe, the son of the proprietors of the hotel where she´s staying. One night, Philippe takes Sonia to a party to celebrate the French national holiday, the 14th of July. This is the start of a great adventure that takes them more than two centuries back in time.
